VIRTUAL CONTACT SYSTEM kinematic using a virtual pivot point to combine liveliness and comfort

Geometry designed for pedalling and downhill performance

A NEW ERA BEGINS

Gone is the fixed pivot point, in comes the virtual pivot point.

The VIRTUAL CONTACT SYSTEM offers an infinite number of new perspectives.

By working on the chain effect, the variation in the position of the virtual pivot point and the progressiveness curve, we have achieved the goal for this T.E.M.P.O. That is to have a super-efficient bike when pedalling.

A bike that is very dynamic when pushed, that naturally picks up speed as soon as you pump and play with the terrain. A bike that filters out the small shocks and remains comfortable on the biggest impacts.

Up & Down all day

IT’S ALL IN THE DETAILS

UDH UNIVERSAL DERAILLEUR HANGER AND REINFORCED THRU AXLES

We all like to be able to ride with peace of mind, so the T.E.M.P.O. uses thru axles with an expander system to avoid things coming loose during a ride.

The UDH allows perfect alignment, protection of the derailleur, compatibility with all brands and availability almost everywhere in the world.

INTEGRATED ROUTING

Ideal for ‘cleaning up’ the frame, to avoid infiltration of mud and water etc. And to avoid piercing the frame in an area that endures high stress.

PROTECTION IN HIGH-RISK AREAS

Located at strategic points on the frame, these protectors have been designed to limit impact, noise, and splashes. Chain stays, seat stays, and the down tube are all perfectly protected.

SUITED
TO ALL SITUATIONS

The geometry of the T.E.M.P.O. has been designed to make it a playful, efficient bike that gives you confidence when the speed ramps up.

SEAT ANGLE

The 76.6° seat angle is steep enough to be effective when riding uphill, but not too steep that it’s uncomfortable when pedalling on the flat.

VARIABLE CHAIN STAYS

Chain stays vary in length depending on the size of the bike:
– 435mm for S/M sizes
– 440mm for L/XL sizes

29-INCH WHEELS

For long distance rides, grip, comfort and climbing.

TRUE TO OUR PRINCIPLES

Aluminium is ideal for performance. It is recyclable, recoverable and is produced using ethical processes. The AL6066 we use offers exceptional mechanical characteristics. It is a first choice material for designing the T.E.M.P.O.

The welds, shape and thickness of tubes are designed for the efficiency of the bike.
They are associated with the hands on manufacturing which guarantees remarkable quality.
There are hundreds of production steps for an unparalleled T.E.M.P.O. on the trails.

CERTIFIED EFBE TRI-TEST®

The reliability of our products has always been a priority. In addition to our own tests, we decided to put the T.E.M.P.O. to the test at EFBE. An independent laboratory that offers tests above the ISO 4210 standard.
The T.E.M.P.O. frame is therefore EFBE 5 certified.
Specific to gravity and e-bike practices, it is the highest possible classification for a mountain bike in terms of reliability and resistance.

A real efficient mountain bike when pedalling. It’s the most playful lively and compact of all my bikes.
Kilian BRON

It makes you want to go and find all the little features of the terrain to push into and go faster.
Hugo FRIXTALON

The T.E.M.P.O is a mountain bike that pedals well and remains very playful on the downhill!
Amaury PIERRON

It’s one of the most entertaining bikes I’ve been on in a while. I’d be tempted to call it a trail bike for riders that place a priority on the climbs… except that it’s a blast on the downhills too. The T.E.M.P.O. […] is a trail bike in the truest sense of the term, well suited to spinning out the miles while also goofing off and hitting every lip and landing possible.

SET YOUR RHYTHM

With the T.E.M.P.O. we are rediscovering the joys of pedalling. Whatever the trail or the conditions, we always give a little more. And when it’s downhill time, we know we can count on it to be there, even through the most difficult bits.

The terrain is our playground, each compression becomes an incentive to go a little faster or jump a little higher. Pure riding, on the edge, we’ve reached the perfect T.E.M.P.O.
